If you enjoy keeping teams aligned, delivering projects on time, and combining agile best practices with hands-on collaboration, this could be your next opportunity.As Tech Project Manager, you'll coordinate developers, manage priorities, and make sure everyone has what they need to deliver their best work — while keeping stakeholders informed every step of the way.Responsibilities- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of tech projects.- Plan sprints, facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retros).- Own task tracking, reporting, and backlog management in Jira.- Act as the bridge between the tech team and business stakeholders.- Identify and manage risks, blockers, and dependencies proactively.- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.- Mentor and support team members while maintaining effective communication.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Computer Science, or similar).- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in tech environments.- Hands-on experience managing projects with Jira.- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum).- Strong communication and organizational skills — you keep everyone aligned and on track.- Fluency in Spanish and English- Technical background or IT industry knowledge.Nice to have:
