Continuous Improvement Specialist, Outpayce

Summary
As part of Outpayce, the Continuous Improvement Expert will work on reviewing, defining and putting in place processes (old and new). They will need to work closely with all the different stakeholders and with the top management and ensure that the processes are put in place correctly.
Also, they will need to work in other transversal projects affecting different teams inside Outpayce and aligning with the general Business line guidelines.
In this role, you'll..
Definition of the end2end process for the regulated business:
1. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define and document full end2end process
2. Develop approach for process improvement initiatives
3. Educate Business users that are responsible for the operation and management of various business processes.
4. Conduct awareness communication actions.
Review of the end2end process of the customer flow:
5. Evaluate, plan, and implement improvements in business processes and practices
6. Build RACI matrix for the process
7. Develop approach for process improvement initiatives
8. Educate Business users that are responsible for the operation and management of various business processes.
9. Conduct awareness communication actions
Project management:
10. Active involvement in transversal transformational projects (Digitalization and new tools integrations)
11. Create and execute work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
12. Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the projects
13. Ensure management of projects controls (risks, issues and dependencies)
Ad-hoc projects base on internal needs (i.e. Automatization of current processes)
The ideal candidate
14. Bachelor's degree
15. Demonstrated experience in process creation and project management
16. Ability to adapt to circumstances, learn from co-workers, and share information and experiences
17. Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in a positive and professional manner, both verbally and in writing to foster a collaborative environment
18. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and individuals
19. Works independently within plan dictated by manager, with some guidance on most complex situations.
20. Influences decisions related to own activity, anticipating dependencies and consequences in complex scenarios, contributes to transversal projects, proposes improvements to processes and is accountable for own and team commitments.
21. Project management certification and or Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus (i.e. PMI)
