We’re looking for a hands‑on DevOps Engineer to join our platform team. You’ll own and evolve the infrastructure underpinning our production systems ‑ from Kubernetes cluster operations on Azure AKS to CI/CD pipelines, observability stacks, and infrastructure‑as‑code. You’re comfortable operating across the full delivery lifecycle and care about making other engineers’ lives better through reliable, well‑observed platforms.
Your Responsibilities
-
- Operate and maintain AKS clusters;
manage workload delivery using ArgoCD, including application sets, sync waves, and progressive delivery patterns
- Design and maintain GitHub Actions workflows;
own branching strategies, environment promotion, and release automation
- Build and maintain observability pipelines using OpenTelemetry, Elastic (APM, logs, metrics), and Grafana/Prometheus;
define SLOs and surfacemeaningful signals from noise
- Provision and manage Azure infrastructure using Terraform;
maintain clean, modular, DRY codebases with proper state management and remote backends
- Manage services such as Azure Container Apps, App Service, Azure Database, Service Bus, Key Vault, and related managed offerings
- Implement RBAC, network policies, secret management, and ensure infrastructure meets security and audit requirements
- Participate in on‑call rotation;
own post‑mortems and drive reliability improvements
- Work closely with application developers to improve deployment ergonomics, debug complex platform issues, and contribute to internal tooling
Your Profile
-
- 3–5 years in a DevOps, Platform, or SRE role
- Strong hands‑on Kubernetes experience (workloads, networking, RBAC, HPA, resource management)
- Practical ArgoCD experience in production — not just Helm, but GitOps workflows at scale
- GitHub and GitHub Actions proficiency;
comfortable building complex workflow pipelines
- Observability experience with at least two of: OpenTelemetry, Elastic Stack, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki
- Terraform at production scale — modules, workspaces, remote state, CI integration
- Azure experience, specifically AKS and core Azure PaaS services
- Linux fundamentals, scripting (Bash or Python), and networking basics
Nice to Have
-
- GCP experience (GKE, Cloud Run, or any managed data services)
- Familiarity with Elastic APM, EDOT collectors, or OpenTelemetry Collector pipelines
- Experience with service mesh (Istio, Linkerd) and API gateways (Envoy, Kong) and WAF solutions (Fortiappsec, Cloudflare)
- Bonus experience in FinOps (Robusta/Azure) and AIOps (HolmesGPT, Elastic agent, etc.)
Benefits
We value a young, dynamic environment where you are expected to contribute to and co‑create the technology culture.

free coffee and free fruit twice a week
- Training budget to continue developing your skills
- Language classes: English, Spanish, and German
