Scope of the Role:
This role sits at the intersection of execution and impact. You will:
* Lead the day-to-day delivery of one of Qida’s most strategic, high-visibility projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
* Translate strategic goals into actionable workplans and timelines, and ensure flawless execution through clear structure, governance, and follow-up.
* Engage with senior internal and external stakeholders, including public administrations, technical teams, partners, and leadership, with clarity, empathy, and accountability.
* Prepare and lead demos, pilots, and presentations to institutions and partners. Help convince and align key decision-makers around our value proposition.
* Contribute to the preparation of proposals, decks, documentation, and materials that support business development and public sector collaboration.
* Support implementation in the field, working closely with teams to provide training, resolve blockers, and help drive adoption of new processes or tools.
* Proactively manage risks, anticipate blockers, and maintain momentum even in complex or uncertain environments
* Act as the connection point between teams, ensuring communication flows, decisions are tracked, milestones are delivered, and alignment is maintained.
* This is an individual contributor role with high exposure, autonomy, and ownership.

* Languages: Native or fluent in Catalan (essential), Spanish, and English
* Experience: 5 to 8 years in project management, implementation, or consulting roles. Experience in public sector environments, healthcare, tech, or social impact projects is a strong plus
* Commercial capacity: You are comfortable doing demos, presenting in meetings, engaging with senior public officials, and helping prepare proposals or sales materials
* Strong communication skills: clear, structured, and persuasive. You can adapt to diverse audiences and build trust with both internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent project management skills: you are structured, persistent, pragmatic, and get things done—proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with senior stakeholders.
* Hands-on mentality. You do not just create slides or set deadlines; you follow through, adapt, and make things happen
* Fast learner with the ability to manage ambiguity, solve problems, and move projects forward in evolving environments
