About the Role
We are seeking ahighly organized and experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of Salesforce implementations and digital transformation projects. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients, consultants, and development teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects across different industries
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing communications, expectations, and project updates
* Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
* Define project scope, create timelines, track progress, and manage resources
* Identify and manage project risks, proactively addressing issues as they arise
* Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
* Ensure project documentation is up to date, including status reports, roadmaps, and post-implementation reviews
* Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce products and updates to guide project success
* Support the pre-sales process by assisting in project estimations and client presentations
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
* Minimum of 4+ years of experience in project management within IT or Salesforce consulting environments
* Experience managing multiple Salesforce implementations or similar CRM projects
* Strong knowledge of Agile and/or hybrid project delivery models
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage remote teams effectively
* Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
* Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
* PMP, Scrum Master, or Salesforce certifications are a plus
* Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
