Job Purpose : To drive the implementation of business development strategies across South Spain, originating and closing new business opportunities, and developing our security solutions.

Key Responsibilities : In coordination with local and international Sales, Business Development, and Marketing organizations, you will:
1. Plan, manage, and implement new business opportunities aligned with the Country Manager, Spain, and Pre-Sales Manager within regional areas, from origination to closing.
2. Assist the Country Manager by implementing regional sales, BD, and Vertical Market strategies in line with European and HQ directives.
3. Communicate and coordinate with the Sales organization to manage Hanwha Vision's Sales Ecosystem (Distributors, Value Added Partners, System Integrators, etc.).
4. Support the implementation of directives to achieve regional business development targets.
5. Collaborate with design agencies to develop comprehensive security solutions for customers.
6. Develop and nurture key client relationships to grow the client base according to company strategies.
7. Deliver technical customer training and on-site support at all levels.
8. Plan and execute sales, customer retention, and development initiatives.
9. Participate in important project meetings with the European sales team.
10. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of business opportunities, methods, costs, and results.
11. Report all BD activities to the Country Manager, Spain.
12. Monitor and report on CRM analysis.
13. Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
14. Assist Hanwha Vision's Technical and Marketing departments in identifying and creating new offerings, including vertical market solutions and marketing materials.
15. Maintain and enhance the company's image and reputation.
16. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements : Candidates should have:
* A proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in CCTV or IT industries.
* Extensive experience with key Design Agencies, Prescriptions, and Systems Integrators.
* Knowledge of third-party products, protocols, and related technologies.
* Industry-related qualifications or a Business/Technical Degree is advantageous.
* Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
* Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
* Independent thinking and sound judgment.
* Motivation to achieve targets.
* Logical, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
* Proactive problem-solving skills.
* Self-motivation and initiative.
* Effective communication skills at all levels.
* Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
* Fluency in English and at least one local European language.

Performance Measurement : Performance will be assessed based on:
* Project order intake in assigned vertical and regional markets.
* Average project order size in these markets.
* Contribution to regional business performance.
Location : The role is field-based, involving extensive travel within South Spain (Andalusia). Travel outside Spain may be required. The job holder can be based in Madrid or in the field, with regular travel to Andalusia.
