In this role, you lead end-to-end data transformation projects within SAP's Data Management & Landscape Transformation (DMLT) team, enabling customers to move to S/4HANA and the SAP Business Data Cloud. You will design architectures, configure DMLT tools, and support migrations at scale while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll mentor peers, contribute to knowledge sharing, and shape best practices in data models and transformations. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role at the intersection of data, applications, and cloud adoption.

• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex data transformation projects from analysis to go-live support
• Configure and run SAP DMLT tools for migrations in diverse SAP environments
• Develop tooling enhancements and contribute to cloud-based development (backend and frontend)
• Analyze customer data consolidation needs and design technical architectures using the DMLT portfolio
• Lead customer workshops and coordinate with engagement architects, offshore teams, and stakeholders
• Mentor peers, document best practices, and identify automation opportunities
Responsabilidades
• 3-5 years of SAP consulting experience with data migration, transformation, or landscape optimization focus
• Involvement in at least two end-to-end SAP data migration projects
• Experience with system consolidation or merges (assets)
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and xpzdshu S/4HANA data models
• ABAP development experience including debugging and performance optimization
• Experience with SAP Data Migration tools (Migration Cockpit, BODS, Migration Workbench)
• Familiarity with SAP technologies like SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, CAP model
• Business process understanding across Lead-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Design-to-Operate, Hire-to-Retire
• Excellent English communication; willingness to travel 10-30%
