R-18558**Role Summary:**
As a QA Engineer, you will support in the development, implementation and running of quality control programs and procedures. This position involves the translation of customer specifications and industry standards into product / process criteria and creating control plans to achieve those requirements. You’ll also address the day-to-day issues with production quality within the manufacturing plant, at customer sites and supplier facilities.
Your role:* Coordinate with production in order to plan and execute inbound and production checks* Manage relations with customers or third party inspectors* Participate in external supplier quality testing and audits* Participate in Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) events* Monitor product portfolio KPIs and drive effective root cause corrective actions where appropriate to address gaps to agreed targets* Manage customer witness inspections* Maintain and analyze data to provide information or identify problems for management and stakeholders on the state of a process or product quality* Create awareness in the Leadership community regarding what opportunities have been discovered or developed and how to realize them* Collaborate with the department or other company departments to clarify / resolve issues techniques related to QC activities. xhfqzwm * Offer all documents as per QAP to customer after coordinating with internal departments and closing all documentation queries* Other duties as assigned**Your profile**:* Experience in engineering and utilization of Lean and Six Sigma tools and methodologies* Experience in quailty control department* Understanding of product / process flow* Strong organizational skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* BS or BA Degree in relevant field and / or 0-2 years relevant experienceWe offer variety of benefits alongside competitive salary.
