You’re studying something like Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
Experience in event planning and management is an advantage.
Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
experience with Canva or video creation tools is a plus.
Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Excellent communicator who enjoys working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Proactive, reliable, and solution‑oriented.
Your university must be able to sign a tri‑party agreement with SAP (required by Spanish law).
Ready for a full‑time, 6‑month placement (39.5 hours per week).
Your Mission
As an Ambassador Program Intern, your mission is to help strengthen SAP’s employer brand by supporting our Ambassador Program and university engagement initiatives. You’ll work closely with internal teams and university partners to ensure events, fairs, and ambassador activities are well‑organized, tracked, and communicated effectively.
