Inside Sales Support Agent – Your Next Opportunity!
Your Mission:
We are looking for a customer-focused, proactive Inside Sales & Support Agent to optimize lead conversion and enhance sales distribution processes. This role blends outbound sales efforts with dealership support, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Qualify high-potential leads and engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats
Dealer Assistance: Support dealerships with vehicle distribution, transport, documentation, and logistics
CRM & Sales Optimization Maintain accurate records and drive lead-to-sales conversion
Who You Are:
Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development
Customer service expert with strong communication and commercial skills
Fluent in Dutch & English (at least B2 level)
Skilled in CRM tools, MS Office, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:
Permanent, full-time contract (40h/week)
Hybrid work model after initial training (1-2 days WFH). Our office is located at C. de Albasanz, 15, San Blas-Canillejas, 28037 Madrid.
Competitive salary: €24,000 gross/year
