Role OverviewWe are looking for a German-speaking Technical Support Advisor to join the Technical Support team in Barcelona. The role focuses on providing high-quality technical and customer assistance while representing a global automotive technology leader.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and customer support to German-speaking customers
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally
Guide customers through product usage, system issues, and solutions
Document interactions accurately in internal systems
Escalate complex technical cases when required
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements
Fluent German (spoken and written)
Previous experience in Customer Support or Technical Support
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Customer-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
Ability to work on-site in Barcelona
Compensation
Base Salary: competitive
Performance Bonus: Up to €2,000 gross per year
