In this role you will lead data-driven performance marketing initiatives for a Glovo region, partnering with data, design, and marketing teams to unlock growth. You’ll own high-impact campaigns from strategy to execution, optimize through testing, and share learnings to raise team performance. The position centers on acquiring, activating, re-engaging users via App Campaigns and programmatic channels, with cross-functional collaboration across marketing, BI, and Martech. This is a hands-on role with a strong emphasis on ROAS and scalable campaigns that align with the company’s regional growth mission.

• Lead creation, development, and optimization of high-impact campaigns for a defined Glovo region (Africa, EE, Balkans, or SWE).
• Drive acquisition, activation, reactivation, and re-engagement through App Campaigns (UAC) and programmatic channels.
• Own performance targets and deliver results to drive regional growth.
• Share insights and best practices to elevate team performance across Performance Marketing.
• Lead continuous optimization via A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, local marketing teams, BI, and Martech to execute winning strategies.
Responsabilidades
• 3-5+ years in performance marketing with focus on Google App Campaigns (preferably UAC) and programmatic advertising.
• Proven ability to scale campaigns, optimize acquisition funnels, and maximize ROAS.
• Strong understanding of digital measurement, attribution, incrementality testing, and optimization.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience managing large-scale campaigns and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, Excel, Google Ads Editor, Adjust, Branch, or Appsflyer.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
