In this role, you will own end-to-end technical SEO and AEO strategy at scale, shaping crawlability, indexing, and user experience across geographies. You will partner with content, product, and editorial teams to define entity strategies, schema, and knowledge graphs, driving measurable impact on Core Web Vitals and search visibility. You’ll lead audits, incident triage, and forecasting, translating data into a clear roadmap and dashboards. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that combines technical execution with strategic leadership to elevate organic performance.Compensaciones / Incentivos• Own the end-to-end technical SEO and AEO strategy and roadmap to improve crawl/indexation quality, Core Web Vitals, and structured data coverage• Lead deep technical audits and resolve rendering, canonical and hreflang, redirects, robots and meta directives, XML sitemaps, and information architecture issues at scale• Design and maintain schema, entity, and knowledge-graph models; implement FAQ, How To, and Q&A; patterns as well as internal linking strategies for AEO• Own the organic content program with Content/Editorial teams; define entity/topic clusters, create technical briefs, run content audits, and drive remediation through redirects, consolidation, and schema fixes• Own the SEO content roadmap by prioritizing net-new content, refreshes, and deprecations with clear acceptance criteria and SLAs• Build monitoring and alerting for crawl health, indexation deltas, Core Web Vitals, and structured data; lead incident triage and root-cause analysis• Develop and maintain SEO/AEO forecasts, define targets, publish dashboards, run variance analysis, refine prioritization• Mentor peers, coordinate agencies, and scale best practices across sites and geographiesResponsabilidades• 8+ years of experience owning technical SEO at scale across multiple geographies• Hands-on AEO experience• Deep expertise in crawl/indexation, xcskxlj log analysis, rendering strategies (SSR/CSR/ISR), information architecture, canonicals, hreflang, robots and sitemaps• Proven track record of improving Core Web Vitals• Advanced experience with, JSON-LD, entity modeling, internal linking; implementing FAQ/How To/Q&A; at scale• Strong forecasting and reporting skills; building KPI-driven dashboards• Proficiency with Google Search Console, analytics/BI tools, enterprise crawlers, log parsers, and tag managers; SQL, Python, or advanced spreadsheet skills• Excellent communication and fast execution mindset• Strong doer and problem-solver mindsetRequisitos principales•
