Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Campaign Management Specialist to collaborate with a leading global pharmaceutical company.
Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Service Overview:
The Campaign Management Specialist will work within the Campaign Automation team (HP Services Delivery Unit) to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of digital marketing services worldwide. Responsibilities include maintaining visibility of campaign and customer journey plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring campaign execution aligns with global standards.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with market teams and internal units to ensure campaign standards and execution quality.
* Provide regular updates to Delivery Managers and Service Account Leads.
* Review campaign dashboards and generate insights, such as quarterly reports.
* Understand market needs and leverage other DU services when appropriate.
* Deeply understand customer campaign strategies across channels and stages.
* Serve as the main contact for customer needs and maintain relations with internal service providers.
* Coordinate within the Campaign Automation team and with other DU teams for efficient service delivery.
* Adhere to and optimize service processes.
Requirements & Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Marketing Technology, or related fields.
* Experience in project management, client management, or digital marketing consulting.
* Ability to coordinate multiple projects and teams.
* Experience integrating business and technical requirements.
* Client management and incident de-escalation skills.
* Preferably B2B marketing experience.
* Familiarity with email, SMS channels, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Paid Media is a plus.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a quick learner.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Strong time and project management skills.
