We’re looking for a Site Director with 2+ years of proven experience leading operations in a call or contact center within an international environment. As Site Director, you’ll oversee site performance, drive operational excellence, and lead a multicultural team to deliver top-tier service to our global clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead and develop site teams to achieve service, quality, and performance goals
* Ensure compliance with client KPIs, SLAs, and internal standards
* Foster a positive work culture that supports employee engagement and retention
* Monitor operational efficiency and lead continuous improvement efforts
* Constant and direct contact with the clients.
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Site Director or equivalent leadership role in a call/contact center (international scope)
* Exceptional communication skills in English, Spanish, and French
* Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
* Proven ability to lead large teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Results-driven mindset with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
