In the Regulatory Affairs Documentation Department, we compile all necessary regulatory information about our products into documents for dsm-firmenich customers to ensure compliance with applicable legislation worldwide.
As part of the documentation team, you’ll become familiar with all product-related documents and various customer requirements and questionnaires. Get ready to learn about our products and provide excellent service to our customers!
Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and coordination support to the Documentation team
* Follow Standard Operating Procedures
* Review, distribute, coordinate, and follow up on requests and tasks daily
* Ensure documentation templates, internal materials, and folders are up to date
* Use internal software systems and Microsoft Office tools for daily work

Candidate Profile
* Completed studies in Administration, Data and Documents Management, or similar fields
* High proficiency in English and Spanish
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internal IT tools
* Excellent communication, quick learning, and trust-building abilities
* Organized, service-oriented, detail-oriented, with strong teamwork skills
* Flexible to support business needs and work during bank holidays
