What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a creative and proactive marketing professional with 2-3 years of experience, eager to grow in an international sports environment. You’ll join the leading integral manufacturer of padel courts, present in more than 75 countries.
What you'll do
- Coordinate PR initiatives, press materials, media lists and agency communication
- Support offline brand communication and corporate materials (catalogues, brochures, manuals, merchandising)
- Lead logistics, planning and execution of international events (tournaments, trade shows, sales meetings, activations)
- Manage and support sponsorship activation with athletes, partners and ambassadors
- Collaborate with global partners (Wilson, federations, organisers…) on brand-related projects
- Ensure brand consistency across all offline touchpoints
- Support basic content needs (photos, event assets) when required
- Prepare and update all sales and marketing materials for distributors and the commercial team
Job Requirements
- 2–3 years experience in PR, communication, events, sports marketing or sponsorship activation
- Experience coordinating events or brand activations (trade shows, tournaments, sports events)
- Experience working with press, agencies or media
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- High level of English (C1–C2)
- Proactive, energetic, structured and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment
- Experience in sports industry is a strong plus
