It operates globally and is committed to delivering exceptional results in the luxury sector.Responsibilities- Lead all pre-opening activities including recruitment, training, budgeting, and operational setup- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure a successful launch and long-term profitability- Build and inspire a high-performing team aligned with brand values and service excellence- Oversee all departments: Rooms, F&B, Spa, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR, Engineering- Ensure compliance with brand standards, local regulations, and sustainability goals- Establish strong relationships with ownership, brand representatives, and local stakeholders- Drive guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial resultsQualifications- Proven experience as General Manager in luxury hospitality- Previous experience in hotel openings is highly preferred- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills- Commercially savvy with deep understanding of P&L and revenue management- Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages a plus)- Culturally aware, elegant, and service-oriented- Strong relational skills- Able to handle the complexity of a large-scale resort (230+ rooms)- Collaborative and humble leadership style- Experience working with ownership structuresBenefits- Competitive market salary.#J-18808-Ljbffr
