The role:
We’re looking for a versatile Copy and Content Writer with a strong flair for technical writing to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll not only craft engaging stories about our brand and value proposition but also produce high-clarity content that helps users understand new features, product updates, and how to get the most out of Marfeel.
You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, product and design teams to produce content that ranges from feature launch announcements and demo scripts to release notes and user guides. Your writing will help us communicate both the “why” and the “how” behind our platform.
What you will do:
* Write clear, concise, and user-focused content such as:
o Product and feature announcements
o Release notes
o User documentation and guides
o Demo video scripts
o Product-focused blog content
* Translate complex technical information into accessible, engaging language for both technical and non-technical audiences
* Develop and maintain marketing copy across various channels including website, email campaigns, social media, and event materials
* Create persuasive landing page copy and calls-to-action that drive engagement and conversions
* Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and design teams to align messaging across touchpoints
* Support the development of longer-form content such as white papers, customer case studies, and thought leadership articles
* Maintain and evolve a consistent tone of voice across technical and marketing content
* Edit and proofread both your own writing and others’, ensuring clarity and consistency
* Help shape the structure and flow of content to maximize readability and impact
* Monitor content performance and iterate based on user behavior and feedback
This is you:
* 5+ years of experience in copywriting or content writing, including at least some experience writing technical content in a B2B environment
* Ability to craft compelling stories as well as precise, functional documentation
* Native or bilingual English speaker; Spanish is a plus
* Adept at working with cross-functional teams and juggling multiple projects
* Comfortable learning new tools and technologies and breaking them down for others
* Curious, proactive, and always looking for ways to add value through content
We will be impressed if:
* You’ve worked in a SaaS, tech, or data-focused environment
* You’ve written release notes or product documentation before
* You have a basic understanding of SEO or UX writing principles
* You’re familiar with tools like Discourse, Notion, Confluence, or Markdown
* You have knowledge of the digital publishing industry
* You know some HTML or other web-related technologies
