Affiliate Manager

Responsibilities:
* Recruit, onboard, and manage new affiliates and IBs (Introducing Brokers).
* Develop and optimize affiliate marketing strategies to drive trader acquisition.
* Track, analyze, and report affiliate performance and ROI.
* Maintain strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring they're motivated and compliant.
* Coordinate with marketing, compliance, and product teams to align campaigns.
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in
affiliate management
, ideally in
forex, crypto, or online trading
.
* Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, RevShare models.
* Familiarity with affiliate platforms (e.g.
Affise, HasOffers, Everflow, Impact
).
* Knowledge of
trading platforms
and financial markets in Latam
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* English fluency (other languages a plus).
