PpThe Head of Marketing Spain leads the local marketing team and drives the country’s marketing strategy. As a key member of the Country Management Team, you are responsible for developing and executing the local marketing strategy in alignment with the overall Country Strategy. This role oversees all areas of marketing, including brand, partnerships, CRM, performance, and country-specific initiatives. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliWorking closely with the country director and other functional colleagues in the MT to ensure the marketing plans fit the country strategy. /liliManaging a team of local marketing representatives who play an important role in developing and implementing local marketing strategies and initiatives in Spain, delivering increased brand awareness, brand preference, and loyalty, as well as driving business impact on orders, monthly unique buyers, and frequency. /liliOverseeing and driving the media strategy and plan (including TV, OLV, Social Media, PR, etc.). /liliEnsuring with Sales, CS, and Logistics that commercial activities and value offers with key partners are being supported from a marketing perspective, maximizing impact. /liliAligning with Brand, Performance, and Retention teams and providing local insights to strengthen our plans. /liliDriving brand visibility through last‑mile visibility, partner marketing, and local market activation campaigns. /liliMaking sure that general campaigns and partnerships are executed brilliantly in markets. /liliAdvising senior management on strategic decisions for Brand, Performance, Retention, and other teams regarding the market. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliDeep understanding and experience in all aspects of marketing, and experience in managing a cross‑functional marketing team. /liliExperience in development and execution of marketing strategy, campaigns, marketing channel management including CRM and performance marketing. /liliExperience in managing and making media budget decisions. /liliKnowledge of the development and execution of data‑driven marketing campaigns and reporting. /liliExcellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a range of stakeholders. /liliPerfect Spanish and English language skills (written and spoken).
