You will work directly with clients, internal teams, and leadership to drive measurable revenue growth. /ppbr/ppYou are not just a media buyer. You are a growth operator. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbr/pp* Own and scale multi-channel User Acquisition campaigns across: /ppbr/pulliGoogle Ads (UAC / App Campaigns) /liliMeta Ads /liliTikTok Ads /liliApple Search Ads /liliAdditional mobile DSPs /liliManage budgets with a strong focus on ROAS, LTV, and profitability /liliBuild and execute structured growth experimentation roadmaps /liliOptimize full-funnel performance: creative, targeting, bidding, and event strategy /liliAnalyze performance using MMPs and analytics tools to drive data-backed decisions /liliCollaborate on ASO strategy to improve conversion and organic uplift /liliAlign UA efforts with monetization models including ads and subscriptions /liliLeverage AI tools and automation workflows to increase efficiency and scale /liliCommunicate insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly to stakeholders /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /ppbr/pulliProven experience in the mobile app industry /liliHands-on User Acquisition experience managing significant budgets /liliStrong understanding of core app growth metrics: CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, ARPU, retention, churn, payback windows /liliDemonstrated success scaling campaigns across: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads /liliDeep familiarity with: AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch or similar MMPs /liliStrong experience with analytics tools such as: Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4 or similar /liliSolid understanding of: ASO fundamentals and app monetization models (ads + subscriptions) /liliExperience using AI tools and automation to improve campaign performance /liliAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills /liliExcellent communication skills /liliFluent, professional-level English (written and spoken) /li /ulpbr/ppbNice to Have /b /ppbr/pulliExperience working in an agency or multi-client environment /liliCreative testing and performance-driven ad creative strategy experience /liliExperience scaling global campaigns across Tier 1 markets /liliBasic SQL or data querying capabilities /liliExperience managing seven-figure monthly budgets /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat We Offer /b /ppbr/ppRemote-first global team /ppHigh ownership and direct impact on revenue growth /ppExposure to multiple app verticals and international markets /ppPerformance-driven culture with fast decision-making /ppOpportunity to build and scale advanced growth systems /ppCompetitive compensation based on experience and impact /ppbr/ppbHow to Apply /b /ppbr/ppApply via LinkedIn and include the following: /ppbr/pulliA short introduction about your mobile app growth experience /liliPlatforms you have personally managed and highest monthly budget handled /lilibYour monthly gross salary expectations (USD) /b /liliYour availability and preferred engagement model /lilibA brief proof-of-performance example of a mobile app campaign you scaled profitably, including key metrics such as CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, or payback period, and what you personally optimized /b /li /ulpbr/ppApplications without measurable results and salary expectations will not be considered. /ppbr/ppWe are building growth engines that compound.
