We are seeking a data-driven and performance-focused Programmatic Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple ad networks and platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multi-brand, multi-region campaigns at scale.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has a proven track record of delivering measurable performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
* Plan, launch, and optimise programmatic advertising campaigns across various ad networks and platforms.
* Manage cross-brand, multi-region campaign strategies at scale, ensuring consistency and performance alignment.
* Develop and manage audience segmentation strategies and targeting frameworks to maximise reach and engagement.
* Implement bid optimisation strategies to drive efficiency and improve campaign KPIs.
Performance Monitoring & Optimisation
* Monitor campaign performance against key KPIs including CTR, CPA, ROAS, viewability, and conversion metrics.
* Identify optimisation opportunities and implement data-driven improvements.
* Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
Budget & Pacing Management
* Manage campaign budgets and pacing to ensure efficient allocation and spend optimisation.
* Forecast performance trends and adjust strategies to meet performance targets.
Reporting & Data Analysis
* Leverage BI tools to analyse campaign data and extract actionable insights.
* Build structured performance reports and dashboards for internal teams and stakeholders.
* Translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.
* Utilise advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modelling) to support reporting and in-depth analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Collaborate closely with creative, data, and media teams to ensure aligned campaign execution.
* Provide strategic input to improve creative performance and targeting strategies.
* Communicate campaign results and insights effectively to stakeholders at various levels.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience managing programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and ad networks.
* Demonstrated track record of managing multi-brand and multi-region campaigns at scale.
* Strong understanding of audience segmentation, targeting methodologies, and bid strategies.
* Deep knowledge of performance KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, viewability, conversions).
* Experience with BI tools and data visualisation platforms.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modelling).
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with major programmatic platforms.
* Experience working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
