This role ensures the implementation of the central maintenance team's strategy within their area of responsibility, while also considering and incorporating local operational requirements.

Regional Maintenance Manager
Company / Activity: Air Liquide's Large Industries business supplies gas and energy solutions to customers in the metals, chemicals, refining, and energy industries, helping improve process efficiency and environmental sustainability.
Mission: Deploy the maintenance strategy defined by the Central Maintenance Team within your perimeter, considering local constraints.
Scope: Plants in South Iberia Region.
Duties & Accountabilities:
* Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in maintenance execution.
* Deploy maintenance strategies, coordinate incident activities, and ensure compliance with QHSE and IMS rules. Manage CMMS, Asset, PM, and WO.
* Oversee maintenance execution, support daily operations, ensure TAR completion, lead troubleshooting and RCA, supervise team, and manage budget.
* Visit sites regularly to monitor process effectiveness, provide feedback, manage budgets and TARs.
* Collaborate on long-term planning and modifications with customers.
* Manage projects and select technical solutions.
* Ensure spare parts availability and conduct audits.
Are you a MATCH?
Education: Industrial Engineering Degree or Master in Maintenance and/or Project Management.
Experience: 10-15 years in maintenance or reliability management within Oil & Gas or Chemical industries.
Technical Skills: Troubleshooting, Digital Tools, Industrial IT, Smart Maintenance, Efficiency Management, Project Management.
Languages: Fluent English required; French is a plus.
