This individual will support the implementation and realization of the Marketing Plan and Activities for the Iberia and LATAM Regions, in alignment with the overall regional marketing strategies. They will work across all offline and online channels used to promote campaigns and activities. The role includes specific technical support from the digital global teams for advanced digital tasks.
The position is Hybrid, based in Madrid (San Fernando de Henares area), reporting directly to the Director, Marketing Iberia & LATAM. Some business travel is expected.
Your Role and Responsibilities
1. Support planning, implementing, monitoring, analyzing, and adjusting marketing campaigns for Iberian and LATAM markets to meet business goals.
2. Organize and coordinate marketing events such as Candela Own events and third-party collaborations.
3. Utilize all available marketing material from EMEA / Global to drive communication and content.
4. Manage organic social media channels for Spain and Portugal.
5. Create content in various formats for different channels.
6. Translate and update marketing materials.
7. Collaborate with the Digital Team on digital campaigns and initiatives.
8. Update marketing content platforms like Mediafly and SharePoint.
9. Manage Salesforce leads and create reports to analyze campaign ROI.
10. Translate marketing email campaigns from EMEA.
11. Control stock of marketing materials.
12. Prepare marketing kits for customers purchasing systems.
13. Align with internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, clinical teams, and external vendors.
14. Provide administrative and project support for marketing programs.
15. Offer customer care and support for marketing needs, especially for key operations/customers.
16. Support sales representatives with marketing requirements.
Experience and Abilities
1. B. Degree in Business, Marketing, PR, or equivalent experience.
2. Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous.
3. At least 1 year of marketing experience; prior experience as a marketing assistant is a plus.
4. Proficiency in MS Office, marketing software, and online tools.
5. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
6. Strong multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
7. Well-organized, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written).
10. Intermediate Portuguese skills are advantageous.
11. Proficiency in English at C1 level.
12. Willingness to travel.
13. Availability to attend events on weekends if needed.
14. Attention to detail.
15. Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
