We are growing fast in Europe and are looking for a sales hunter to accelerate this movement even further.

What you will do
You will be the engine of active prospecting for the European market, working 100% remotely from Brazil.
Your focus will be to build a dense pipeline, turn cold contacts into recurring customers, and close deals quickly and consistently.
Main responsibilities
* Carry out daily active prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) with distributors, importers, and foodservice companies in Europe
* Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and manage the full sales cycle through to closing
* Keep the CRM always up to date, with disciplined and detailed tracking of each stage of the funnel
* Be resilient: move on after “no’s”, persist with follow-ups, and never let opportunities stall
* Close deals of all sizes, starting small and growing along with the customer
* Work with clear activity and performance targets, always focused on volume and conversion
What we are looking for
* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in sectors such as food, FMCG, or consumer goods
* Hunter profile: loves cold calling, is not afraid of rejection, and makes dozens of contacts per day without losing momentum
* Fluent English (for negotiation and daily communication)
* Strong CRM discipline and organization to manage pipeline and reporting
* High energy, sense of urgency, and a hands-on mindset
* Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo (Pinheiros), 3 days in-office and xpzdshu 2 remote
Nice to have
* Experience with international sales or the European market
* Spanish or another European language
* Experience with premium, organic, or healthy products
