**About the job**:
Responsible for defining and executing the IT transformation plan being carried out by BBVA CIB in the area of Fixed Income Rates.
Leadership and autonomous management of projects within the Software Delivery CIB domain, primarily focused on developing e-Trading solutions for Fixed Income Rates products.
Working closely with the Sponsor and Product Owner to accurately define, gather and align business requirements and strategy.
Collaboration in the conception and design of end-to-end strategic technology plans (FO to BO).
Ability to lead the execution of project plans agreed upon with the Product Owner and other stakeholders on time and within scope.
Multidisciplinary work—with both internal and external personnel—aligned with the needs of different business and technology areas.
Leading, aligning, coordinating, and supervising the deliverables of all functional or technical areas involved in the projects.
Direct participation in the development of IT teams, dissemination of specialized knowledge in the e-Trading & Front areas of Fixed Income.
Knowledge of AGILE methodologies and tools, and the software development life cycle.
**Requirements**:
Minimum of 10 years of experience leading projects
C1 level English proficiency.
Knowledge of solutions from the ION Group vendor (D2D and D2C) or comparable market solutions (Valantic, Fidessa, Broadway, ORC, etc.).
Experience and ability to engage fluently with trading desks and sales teams in Fixed Income Rates activities.
Management of project budgets (greater than 10MM).
