Your role: build trust fast, understand deeply, and convert with integrity.
What You'll Actually Do
Handle inbound enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, referrals) — no cold callingLead high-quality consultations with clients and families in sensitive situationsIdentify needs and design tailored recovery solutionsConvert qualified leads into admissions (consultative, not aggressive)Coordinate with internal team and external medical partnersBuild relationships with referral sources (clinics, therapists, family offices, concierges)
