About this opportunity Senior professional responsible for advising a client on health & safety issues relating to a large construction projects, from project initiation to completion. Positively engaging with Customers and developing, growing and maintaining Customer relationships. Delivering high-quality services and ensuring that project management and/or programme management deliverables meet Customers’ requirements and business procedures. Monitoring and working with the principal contractor appointed to complete the project; Attending regular meetings with the principal contractor; Providing support and assistance to the principal contractor and contractors on site; Positively engaging with our client and developing, growing and maintaining our relationship; Delivering a high quality service which ensures that services meet our client’s requirement; Managing the client’s health safety obligations on the project to deliver a high quality service; Advising and assisting the client with their duties under the construction related health and safety standards, regulations and legislations; Assisting with the coordination of health and safety aspects of design work; Cooperating with others involved with the project; Facilitating good communication between the client, designers and contractors; Liaising withthe principal contractor regarding ongoing design work; Producing andpresenting regular reports to our main client – this will involve prompt flash reports of major issues as well as comprehensive weekly and monthly reports detailing all aspects of health and safety management on site; Mentoring andcoaching employees so that they realise their full potential; Preparing bids for services; Advising directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or will arise, on pr
