MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS CURRY CHEF (WITH QUALIFICATION CERTIFICATE for non residents of Spain)
GOOD ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS. PASSION FOR INDIAN FOOD.
-Experience in à la minute cooking of curries, presentationand garnishing skills.
- Overseeing compliance with safety, Occupational Health and Safety, HACCP and working and presentation methods.
-Ability to remain calm under difficult circumstances or high work pressure
--Ability to work in a fast moving environment
Good hygiene is a priority
