Job Description:
- LEAD Role Overview the AJO Lead is responsible for designing, governing, and delivering omnichannel customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer, ensuring consistent, compliant, and personalized customer experiences.
- Design and implement event-driven customer journeys across email, push, in-app, and other channels
- Define journey entry conditions, decisioning logic, and personalization rules
- Establish governance standards, naming conventions, and best practices for journeys and campaigns
- Plan and manage releases, deployments, and coordination with dependent teams
- Provide functional leadership and guidance to AJO developers and QA resources
- 7–10 years of experience in marketing automation or journey orchestration roles

- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle journeys in banking or financial services
- Experience managing complex, event-driven journey orchestration
- Experience with AI-driven decisioning or offer management
- Adobe AJO certification
