What You Will Do
* Global Identity and Access Management (IAM) Strategy & Leadership: Define and implement a global IAM vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business and security goals. Drive IAM transformation initiatives such as Zero Trust, cloud IAM, and identity lifecycle automation.
* Governance, Operations, and Architecture: Coordinate IAM governance, risk, and compliance aligned to internal policies and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001). Manage a scalable IAM infrastructure (cloud and on-prem). Provide direction on technologies such as Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Authentication & Federation platforms (Azure AD, SAML, OpenID Connect).
* Team and Stakeholder Management: Lead and mentor a global IAM team across engineering, operations, and governance. Collaborate with HR, IT, and Compliance. Represent IAM in architecture and security governance committees and manage IAM controls for audits.
What We Are Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* At least 5 years in IAM leadership roles with demonstrated IT security or IAM expertise.
* Experience in security operations, including incident response, investigations, and vulnerability management.
* Hands-on knowledge of SailPoint, Active Directory, Azure AD, certificate management solutions, and PAM systems.
* Solid understanding of IAM protocols and frameworks.
* Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in English.
