Our Falces manufacturing site, located in Navarra, Spain, is a manufacturing hub for producing core materials used in wind, marine, and industrial applications. Purpose of the function:
The purpose of the position as Process Engineer - CNC programmer is to program CNC machines to efficiently process blade kit materials, with a focus on high and efficiency (machining cycle time) as well as contributing with smart nesting methods to optimize the yield of our raw material. The job requires to prepare all production related documentation to facilitate the implementation on the shopfloor.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Analysis of materials, processes, and tools for machining.
* 3D design of the kit.
* CNC programming.
* Assembly drawings for customer approval and production/quality validation of panels.
* Technical drawings for inspection of the kit according to the needs of the customer or our company.
* Technical drawings for production.
* MBOM. xpzdshu Optimization and calculation of material needs
* Inspection in the customer mold of the prototype
* Teach other components of the company when necessary
* Support and assistance to other factories of the company
Skills:
* Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, industrial or organization preferred.
* Programming with CAD-CAM software and wood machining
* Analytical skills
* Problem-solving
* Time management
* Fluent in Spanish and English
