Business Analyst / Project Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst / Project Manager to collaborate with a top global pharmaceutical company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the project scope, timelines, and communications as a project manager.
* Work with service owners, product owners, and the delivery unit as a business analyst to identify requirements and ensure the project meets its objectives.
* Manage operational tasks for Service Ops Platforms.
* Support day-to-day operations of Service Ops Platforms.
* Support onboarding and training process for Production Partners.
Required Experience:
* Project Management and Business Analyst experience in the IT sector.
* Experience with service operations processes, including global, customer-centric scenarios, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
* Proficiency with service operation tools, specifically JIRA and Service Now.
* Excellent Excel skills.
* Experience in SCRUM environments.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
