What You’ll Do:
* Uphold brand standards for image and grooming.
* Model company behaviors and effectively use the behavior toolkit.
* Collaborate as part of a dynamic team to deliver an exceptional Michael Kors experience.
* Provide a high level of customer experience for every customer.
* Respond to customer questions and concerns quickly and effectively as well as ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Maintain client communication as a MK Ambassador through utilizing all available clientelling Apps and tools.
* Proactively manage the CRM database.
* Use product knowledge resources to become a confident selling expert.
* Understand business performance and identify opportunities to drive sales.
* Operate cash registers and ensure proper functioning of all related devices.
* Accurately process payments and follow company policies for returns and refunds.
* Support opening and closing procedures for tills in line with company guidelines.
