We seek a Senior Business Development Manager to help drive our business expansion. The ideal candidate will have regional connections with sportsbooks, understand esports betting, and possess both sales and technical expertise to engage CXO-level stakeholders by discussing the technical benefits of Oddin’s solutions. The role involves developing long-term strategic relationships, onboarding new clients, and exceeding revenue targets.
Responsibilities include:
* Driving revenue and meeting targets
* Building Oddin's presence as an esports thought leader
* Creating compelling value propositions
* Managing contract negotiations and customer adoption
* Developing strategic relationships with key accounts
* Discussing improvements and solutions to meet client demands
* Understanding our ecosystem to identify synergies
* Acting as an esports and esports betting evangelist
What you bring:
* Expertise in esports and/or betting, ideally both
* Extensive contacts with sportsbook decision-makers (a plus)
* Experience with enterprise sales
* Location in US/North America, Latam (Spanish-speaking), or Europe (UK, Malta, Gibraltar)
* Self-starter attitude, responsible, proactive
* Strong communication skills in English
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Results-oriented mindset
