Madrid | Full-time | International Scope
We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing & Content Assistant to support our international marketing activities and take an active role in creating high-quality content across digital channels and customer-facing materials.
If you enjoy combining marketing execution with structured content creation in a fast-paced B2B environment, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence (content, engagement, analytics).
- Create and maintain website and digital content (CMS, campaigns, email).
- Support graphic design tasks.
- Develop customer-facing materials such as product sheets & documentation;
user guides & training content, and presentations, videos & webinars.
- Support events, trade fairs, and showroom activities at HQ.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product teams & external partners.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or community management.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn & content performance.
- Ability to create structured, clear, and engaging content.
- Experience with CMS tools (e.G. WordPress).
- Fluent Spanish and English (C1+).
- Organized, hands-on, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
- B2B experience is a plus.
- Availability to travel occasionally.
