Location : Madrid remote (candidate should be located there).
The Account Manager will develop and drive the territory sales vision and strategy for the Madrid area. They will work to grow new business opportunities and drive profitable revenue through collaboration, business acumen, and sales focus.
Key Responsibilities
* Account Management Planning: Conduct analysis of customer applications to assess potential demands. Develop short, medium, and long-term strategies to improve sales opportunities (Territory planning activities). Focus on sales execution by implementing action plans to deliver revenue growth and margin expansion, and identify innovative ways to protect and grow the core business.
* Commercial Process Management: Lead contractual processes including confidentiality agreements, preferred provider/master services agreements, pricing agreements, and tender submissions. Responsible for resolving commercial issues proactively and ensuring sales progression.
* Reporting: Provide account status reports as required. Integrate SFDC into daily work to ensure accurate reporting. Generate sales forecasts and deliver monthly business reviews for the territory.
* Customer Relationship: Be accountable and continuous as a consultant to improve customer experience, networking activities, and meeting company expectations in key metrics.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for standardizing work and improving quality and service with the customer base. Formulate and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
Experience
* Preferred experience in selling within similar technological areas.
* Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
Education Requirements
* A degree is required, preferably in fields relevant to our business such as Microbiology, Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, or Clinical Microbiology.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the confidence to deliver the company's vision.
* Good level of English (written and spoken) and proficiency in a local language.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, ownership-driven attitude.

* Full clean driving license.
