Jefe/a de Cocina – Occidental Ibiza – Full Time
Responsibilities
- Organizar, dirigir y coordinar el trabajo del personal a su cargo.
- Supervisar y controlar la limpieza y el mantenimiento de los utensilios, además del buen uso de maquinaria y materiales.
- Colaborar en la instrucción del personal a su cargo.
- Controlar costes, stock, pedidos y compras.
- Elaborar menús de todo incluido y a la carta.
- Responsabilizarse de los procesos operativos de cocina.
- Garantizar la elaboración, calidad y presentación del buffet según los estándares marcados por la compañía.
- Encargarse del mantenimiento de la normativa en higiene y manipulación de alimentos.
- Adaptarse a las nuevas tecnologías aplicadas a la cocina.
Qualifications
- Formación: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Dirección de Cocina.
- Experiencia: al menos 2 años como jefe/a de cocina.
- Idiomas: inglés alto.
- Conocimientos: Office a nivel usuario, cocina española e internacional.
- Habilidades: Buenas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita; dotes de liderazgo y experiencia en la gestión de equipos grandes; flexible, vibrante/a, motivador/a; capacidad de planificación y organización; resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones.
