Job Description
This company, established in 1925, is one of the largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in its region. It offers a diverse range of medical products, including treatments for cardiology, neurology, and gastroenterology. The company has manufacturing facilities and exports to over 40 countries, aiming to provide accessible, high-quality medicines to improve public health.Key Responsibilities
Manage IT team department.Manage IT infrastructure.Execute OT (process automation) to ensure proper platform setup (FAT/SAT) for laboratory and production equipment.Manage and administer industrial software (BMS, serialization, laboratory software, etc.) and corporate software.Act as the main project manager for projects related to the proper implementation of the company's software, acting as the main System Owner, in cooperation with other stakeholders.Organize activities within the IT department, including planning budget, personnel resources, supplier service outsourcing, and training programs, in collaboration with Operations and General Management.Maintain and install computerized systems (CS) within the company's IT infrastructure, following safety and data protection policies.Implement and manage company standards for IT infrastructure management and maintenance.Manage user rights according to company standards and user management policies.Participate in managing deviations affecting IT infrastructure functionality.Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with specific responsibilities assigned by the Head of IT.Coordinate disaster recovery activities and participate in business continuity programs based on CS lifecycle policies.Support the execution of qualification protocols on IT infrastructure.Ensure proper access to technical resources for CSV activities.Participate in continuous improvement programs related to IT.Ensure the use of approved suppliers for IT-related interventions, defining service agreements and responsibilities.Manage the supply of IT materials (hardware and software) for the company's operations.Additional Opportunities
