In-depth knowledge of Sitges in order to list properties in target areas.
Collect and check all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements while ensuring company's commission policy is in place.
Keep our CRM updated with clients’ requirements and maintain your personal database up to date and in line with the commercial requirements and activity
Strong previous experience in the real estate sector. In-depth business knowledge of real estate, legal and financial concepts and processes
Advanced in English and Spanish
Organized, prepared to work flexible hours and a hands-on person
Full-time permanent contract
~ 23 days holiday per year on full-time basis + 2 personal days
