FUNCTIONS
In this role, based in Madrid, you will report to the Spain Sales Director and manage the Madrid and Occidental Andalucia regions. Your focus will be on maximizing sales results within the current client portfolio (increasing volumes, prices, range, etc.) as well as developing new clients and markets.
Responsibilities
* Manage and develop the current client portfolio
* Increase sales, contribution margin, SKUs, product ranges, and share of wallet of current clients
* Acquire new clients
* Act as a partner of choice with customers, supporting them in identifying solutions through our self-adhesive solutions
* Build long-term, broad relationships with accounts
* Coordinate internally to provide a high level of service to clients
* Contribute to deploying the commercial strategy to maximize short- and medium-term results, tailoring it to the local market
Requisites
* Proven track record of driving sales and margin contribution in customer accounts
* Experience working in a structured environment with rigorous commercial processes (margin monitoring, CRM, etc.)
* Strong commercial attitude and customer focus
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to develop market and business insights
* Previous experience in B2B sectors serving end consumers (wine, cosmetics, household and personal care, food industries)
* Experience in self-adhesives labels, packaging, printing industries, or related sectors serving printers (inks, printers, etc.) is a plus
* High energy, team-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Spanish and English, both spoken and written
