Salary: 30-35K Euros per annum.

Job Description
Job Summary:
1. You are interested in companies, customers, market behavior, and methods to measure and anticipate it.
2. You are data-driven, with a passion for identifying patterns in data, root causes, and suggesting solutions from complex datasets.
3. You are passionate about coding, simplifying complexity, automation, and making processes more efficient.
4. You are keen on building and maintaining contacts with users/clients, data scientists, and project managers, providing advanced analytics recommendations.
5. You are never satisfied until a problem is solved.
Years of Experience Needed: 5+ Years (At least 5 years of working experience in business analysis; project management skills are a plus)
Technical Skills:
1. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability for analysis.
2. Conduct data analysis to gain insights into business processes, performance, and trends.
3. Identify opportunities to automate data analyses and streamline reporting.
4. Leverage data science software like Python and analytics/visualization tools like Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
5. Determine the most effective ways to visualize data, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
6. Present results and recommendations to the project team and contribute to the action plan for improvements.
7. Be in contact with users, assess their feedback, and propose paths forward to improve possible solutions.
8. Work independently, taking ownership of deliverables and driving them to successful completion.
Certifications Needed:
1. Must be at least intermediate in Python.
2. Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
3. Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to think creatively and suggest original solutions to business problems.
5. Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills.
6. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, or a relevant field.
7. English proficiency.
Experience Required Includes:
1. Experience in deploying ML and data science solutions.
2. Project management certifications: PMI, Agile.
