Today, one of our clients—a leader in visa and immigration services—is looking for an Operations Manager & Team Leader to join their growing team.
Lead individual and team meetings to ensure alignment, follow‐up, and coordination.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
- Drive continuous improvements together with the Management team and support the onboarding and training of new team members.
Proven experience in team leadership or operations management.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of Spanish immigration processes (digital nomad visa, non‐lucrative visa, etc.) 100% remote position. xohynlm
- Summer intensive schedule in July and August.
