The Junior Project Manager will support technology project delivery and progressively take responsibility under senior supervision in an international environment. /ppb Mission /b /pp Support the successful execution of technology projects by coordinating teams, tracking delivery, and ensuring operational discipline, while developing the skills required to become an autonomous Project Manager. /ppb Key Responsibilities /b /pulli Support project planning, execution tracking, and reporting. /lili Coordinate day-to-day activities with multidisciplinary technical teams. /lili Track KPIs, effort, costs, risks, and dependencies; propose mitigations and escalate as required. /lili Prepare dashboards and weekly status reports. /lili Maintain project documentation and governance artifacts (RAID, actions, decisions). /lili Participate in internal and client meetings; adapt communication to stakeholder level. /lili Apply VASS methodologies, quality standards, and delivery frameworks. /li /ulpb Required Background /b /pulli Education (mandatory): Technical engineering degree (Computer Science / Software Engineering / Industrial / Telecommunications / equivalent). /lili Experience: 0–2 years professional experience; exposure to software/digital projects is a plus. /lili Technical literacy: Broad understanding of software delivery lifecycle; ability to interact effectively with technical teams. /lili English: C1–C2 (mandatory).
