Job Description
Accounting: Complete the company’s accounting work in accordance with French accounting standards, including bookkeeping, invoice issuance, and preparation of financial statements.
Tax Filing: Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual tax declarations and payments; implement tax planning measures in coordination with the head office according to local tax policies.
Bank Account Management: Open, modify, or close bank accounts as required by business needs.
Document Management: Classify, organize, and securely store contracts, invoices, customs clearance documents, correspondence, and other financial records.
Annual Audit: Assist auditors in completing and issuing the annual audit report.
Inventory Management: Conduct quarterly and annual inventory checks of warehouse assets to ensure asset security from an independent financial perspective.
Banking Operations: Open and maintain bank accounts, purchase bank financial products, monitor returns, and assist in executing forward foreign exchange transactions.
Head Office Financial Coordination: Coordinate with the finance department at the China head office and complete other tasks required at the local level.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or above; rights to work locally. Fluent in English communication; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
At least three years of relevant work experience in France or a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management from a French institution.
Familiar with French GAAP and IFRS standards; proficient in using accounting and bookkeeping software; capable of accurately handling invoice issuance, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. Knowledge of basic French tax and labor policies is required.
The company’s headquarters are based in China; candidates must be able to comply with and adhere to the management requirements of the Chinese head office.
