We are strengthening our Global Financial Services (GFS) organization and are looking for a T&E; Process Expert to support our global Travel & Expense processes.
This role acts as a process expert for Travel & Expense (T&E;), ensuring the consistent implementation and application of the global T&E; operating model defined by the Global Process Owner (GPO), once countries and solutions transition into the maintenance phase.
This position will report directly to the Purchase to Pay Global Process Owner.
You will work closely with Finance, IT, local country teams and vendors, supporting Hypercare during implementations and taking ownership of T&E; processes in steady state, ensuring governance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure correct application of the global T&E; operating model across countries
- Support implementation projects during Hypercare, in collaboration with the Integration Lead
- Take responsibility for T&E; processes once in maintenance & support mode
- Coordinate the T&E; maintenance & support model, including governance and escalations
- Identify gaps or local exceptions and analyze and elevate them to the GPO
- Act as the functional liaison between Finance, IT, vendors and country teams
- Support audits, compliance and accounting-related topics linked to T&E;
What we are looking for:
- 3–5+ years of experience in Travel & Expense, Finance Operations or process-driven Finance roles
- Mandatory SAP experience from a user / process perspective (Finance context)
- Solid accounting knowledge related to expenses (postings, cost allocation, VAT basics)
- Experience working in multinational environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
Note: This role does not require SAP technical customizing or development experience.
