What will you do?
- Be the first point of contact for many customers, delivering a strong first impression
- Grow a portfolio of clients using your sales expertise
- Guide businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies as a trusted advisor
- Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities tailored to small and medium-sized businesses
- Maximize up-sell and cross-sell potential by collaborating with internal specialists
- Collect and share customer feedback to inform business strategies
Candidate profile
- Bilingual or proficient in Flemish/Dutch and fluent in English
- 1–2 years of experience in IT sales or a related sales/customer management role
- Confident user of Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce
- Experience with MS Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365 is a plus
- Microsoft Fundamentals certifications in Azure, Modern Workplace, or BizApps are an advantage
