As Sales Development Manager for the UKI market, you lead a first-line team at SAP Digital Hub, Barcelona, driving the digital sales strategy and growth. You will mentor SDE leaders, align with SAP’s growth goals, and foster a customer-first, digitally savvy organization. You’ll shape demand generation, pipeline quality, and cross-functional collaboration. The role offers impact at scale within a mission to grow SAP’s digital engagement and revenue streams.

• Lead and develop a team of Sales Development Executives, setting expectations, giving feedback, and supporting career growth
• Drive onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching to ensure sales readiness and high-performance culture
• Manage day-to-day sales development activities, quality of pipeline, and progress toward targets
• Monitor performance with data-driven insights and ensure effective qualification and handover to sales
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and stakeholders to support demand generation and market coverage
• Model SAP's digital tools, processes, and best practices while upholding values of integrity and inclusion
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in sales xpzdshu development, business development, or digital sales
• Proven success as a first-line people manager
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
