Join us and connect people to commerce in this important and rewarding role.**Position Overview**We are looking for Account Manager who will lead, manage and own all sales activities for the assigned Account(s) across the entire DN portfolio according to the defined DN Retail strategy. This includes developing and implementing the account strategy, delivering revenue retention and growth, gross margin achievement and managing overall customer satisfaction.**Responsibilities**- Leading the overall engagement and relationship with the client/s and maximize the profitability of the account/s, accurately forecasting orders, revenue and margin- Create, agree and implement the tactical and long-term sales strategy, approach, account plans and objectives for assigned clients- To lead all sales activities, including the overall solution design, commercial arrangements, sales collateral creation, client engagement, negotiation and 'close'- To develop and maintain the relationships at all levels within the client/s (including senior management)- To intimately understand the client's business priorities, IT spend, operational pressures and IT capabilities and actively support client/s with their business case design and benefit calculations in order to position DN as the 'supplier of choice' and develop a pipeline of sales opportunities- To participate in the appropriate forums and events in order to raise the profile of DN- Lead PR and marketing activities associated to the client/s**Qualifications****Skills we look for**- Experience on senior level in sales, account management, and/or new business development- Strong background in the retail industry- Deep understanding and experience with IT solutions (software as well as hardware)- Fluent communication in Spanish and English language on a business level**In addition, we would prefer**- Real "hunter" and be driven to secure relationships with new retail clients- Experience with self-checkouts and EPOS- Consultative approach- Ability to build strong relationships- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the timeLI-PM1 #LI-Hybrid**About Us**Why should you join Diebold Nixdorf?Brightest minds + technology and innovation + business transformation The people of Diebold Nixdorf are 23,000+ teammates of diverse talents and expertise in more than 130 countries, harnessing future technologies to deliver personalized, secure consumer experiences that connect people to commerce.
